Print the registration form via the link in the sidebar, fill it out, and either:

  • bring it with you to the studio, or
  • if doing advanced registration, mail it to:

Pay On-Line with Paypal or Credit Card

Click on the PAY NOW button to the right. On the following page in the purpose section indicate what you are paying for… (i.e. tuition, registration, recital, costume or other). Enter the amount in the Donation amount section.
